I attempted to make a chicken pie from scratch but the result was not as desired. The filling tasted alright but was not the stewy, savoury, creamy type I was trying to achieve and my crust was too crumbly.
You see, I love chicken pie and I have an idea in my head of what my perfect chicken pie would taste like and I am trying to replicate that. For this first attempt, it was just to get a feel of what goes into preparing a pie. I need to experiment with more fillings and crusts!
