Nick brought Nat to the beach this morning and I made use of the opportunity to have some one-on-one time with Sasha.
Hardly get any time with her in the evenings after work because she sleeps early and she's starting to get attached to Wendy, something I need to rectify!
I sang her rhymes and let her practice her crawling and standing. She likes picking up small toys and inspecting them. I thought I even heard her say 'mama' when she wanted out from the playpen! You know what, I'm going to consider that her first word. Yay, she called me first!
When Nat came home, she started smothering her sister with kisses and hugs. Times like these, thoughts of No.3 might cross my mind, but only fleetingly. Very fleetingly. Don't get any ideas!
It was just us girls the rest of the day, Nick had to attend a retreat on Sentosa which continues tomorrow so more bonding with my bubs then!
