My colleague who was in Sydney recently brought back a box of baklava and offered some around today. I took a piece and bit into a little slice of heaven!
I don't like extremely sweet desserts but this was perfect, not sugary sweet and the amount of honey used was just right. I don't know when exactly she bought it but the pastry was still crisp and the nuts crunchy and because it wasn't too sweet, I went back for a second and third piece!
Those who tried it also raved about it, I took down the shop's name for future reference....
