In case you didn't already know, my mother and mother-in-law share the same birthday although they are 2 years apart but as Mildred turned 60 this year, we kept the celebrations somewhat separate.
For mummy, we had dinner last night at Sin Hoi Sai but skipped the crab. Mildred joined too along with Nya Nya and co and Aunty Ros. Nat was in an anti-social mood having been sick recently and refused to sit in the high chair so me and Nick took turns to hold her on our laps, though she warmed up towards the end of the evening.
Sasha has been nursing a low grade fever since Thursday, probably caught Nat's bug. Poor thing slept through most of dinner with a fever patch stuck on her forehead.
We celebrated Mildred's birthday with Ben and Wendy today, attending mass together at Christ the King followed by lunch at Coca, Ngee Ann City. I think the last time I had Coca was at least 6 or 7 years ago, if not more. It was alright only lah, not that much variety on the ala carte buffet.
Nat chose a strawberry shortcake from Bakerzin for her grandma and 'bought' her 2 blouses, and I bought Mildred a blouse too when we checked out the Zara sale, of course I added a tee for myself!
